We offer 10-day no-questions returns on unworn pieces in their original packaging. Final sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return.
All orders ship from our Chicago studio, usually within 2 business days. Tracking is included, and signature service is purchased whenever available.
Is it gift-ready?
Yes. Every Pearlolo order arrives gift-ready in our packaging, so it is ready to give, keep, or unbox as a little treat for yourself. Whether you are shopping for a friend or for your own tiny pearl moment, we pack each piece with care.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $85. Orders ship from our Chicago studio with tracking.
Do packages require signature?
To help keep your order safe, we purchase signature service whenever it is available for the shipment. Tracking will be provided once your order ships, so you can follow your package along the way.
Will I receive the exact piece shown in the photos?
It depends on the option you choose.
For In Stock pieces:
Yes. You will receive the exact piece shown in the photos. Each Pearlolo piece is one of a kind, and the photos represent the actual item we will pack and ship to you.
For Request a Recreation pieces:
Your recreated piece will be handmade based on the same design, but it will not be 100% identical to the original piece shown.
The handcrafted details — including the hat shape, painted patterns, sculpted elements, materials, and overall design — will be recreated to match the original piece as closely as possible.
The pearl itself will be unique. Since natural baroque pearls are formed by nature, no two pearls have the exact same shape or markings. While we cannot guarantee an identical pearl shape, we will carefully select a pearl with a similar luster, color tone, and size to the original piece. For us, the pearl’s natural glow and character are the most important parts of the recreation.
Before shipping your recreated piece, we will send you photos and videos of the finished piece for your approval. If you love it, we will proceed with shipping. If it is not what you expected, we will provide a full refund before shipment.
Handmade & Materials Care
Pearlolo pieces are made with freshwater cultured baroque pearls, plated metal details, resin, and hand-sculpted elements. Avoid water, perfume, alcohol, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Gently wipe after wearing and store in the pouch or box.
One-of-One Pieces
Most Pearlolo pieces are one of one. The photos show the exact piece you will receive, and once it is sold, we usually cannot recreate it exactly.
